How do I integrate the Gene Keys and Human Design?

This audio answers the question: How do I integrate Gene Keys and the Human Design System?
The good news is you don't have to integrate them anymore - we already did that for you. And I can tell you - it was quite a journey for us.
What we did to integrate these 2 systems was basically three steps.
The first thing was we worked with the Human Design System for quite a number of years. We examined it very closely, and took just the key elements, first and foremost the calculation and the Bodygraph as a beautiful and helpful possibility to display certain characteristics and challenges of a person.
We cleared it of all of the interpretations and assumptions that we found to be untrue or limiting. But that’s another story …
In perfect time, Richard Rudd came up with the Gene Keys and their 3 frequency bands. With the introduction of the Gene Keys in the Bodygraph not only the 3 IntegralHumanDesign Bodygraphs became obvious, and the web of the Gene Keys in their interrelatedness became obvious, but also our whole understanding of our design as human beings was turned upside down.
From the moment we put the Gene Keys into context with the Bodygraph, we could see the Bodygraph as a changing quantum field, and not as something fixed like in the Human Design System anymore.
This new take on the Bodygraph made a lot of sense for us, as it also corresponds with the newer findings of neuroscience that are basically saying that we are reinventing ourselves every moment.
We understood more and more that the imprint we carry from the time of birth really is something that coexists in different states simultaneously, and that we ourselves have the responsibility and choice how to live it out.
The third step that we took was to place the three IHD Bodygraphs into a wider frame of reference called the Integral Approach. This integral view of human nature is quite complete and comprehensive in showing all of the fundamental possibilities that you have as a human being, and allows for a bigger perspective on human nature in general.
Today, IHD has evolved into something bigger than the integration of the Gene Keys and the Human Design System. This question of how to integrate these 2 systems really was our starting point, and over the years it led us to an understanding of human beings that is not a particular system any more, and also not a fusion of two systems, but rather an open map that allows for further integration of latest findings, an open perspective on human life that in constantly developing and evolving, just as you and I do.
Take care!
With love,
