What is your take on 38 as my life’s work?

This audio answers the question: What is your take on 38 as my life’s work?
Hang on if you don’t have this one, I will take this question as an example for how we deal with interpreting Gene Keys that are part of any personal imprint.
Without being in direct contact with the person who asks this question, I only can give a very general answer, but I wouldn't claim that this answer has anything to do with what this Gene Keys really means for this particular person at this time of their life.
The meaning of all the 64 Gene Keys is beautifully described in Richard Rudd’s book.
What a Gene Key in any sphere in your BODYGRAPH or GOLDENPATH specifically means for you depends very much on where you are in your life.
That’s probably not a very satisfying answer if you assume that the meaning of these keys can be read and interpreted for you without being in contact with you.
Based on our experience we came to see in IHD that the keys are the keys, and they have a general meaning. The way the keys play out has all to do with your whole person, with who you are, with all the mindsets that you carry with you, all your life experiences. We need to take the context of your personality and your life situation into account.
Only when we can attune the interpretation to who you really are as a person, we can give you an answer that is truly helpful to connect more deeply to your life’s work.
Generally speaking, the 38 is a healthy kind of aggression. Aggression in the meaning of the latin word agredere, which means ‘moving towards’. Moving towards something.
So that means if that is your life's work, part of it is you tackling the question ‘What is my simplest way through obstacles?’ in order to be able to follow the impulse of your creativity, and to be total and fully present with your love. Which is really not your love, but love itself.
You learn that throughout life. And in the shadow version, it's a struggle, you bump your head. When you get better and better at it, usually it feels like a warrior who found effortlessness, and who is able to stand up for herself or himself under any circumstances. The sense of honor that you then experience is beyond anything that other people can give you.
If you don’t follow your impulse to put yourself out for something, you might get into a different kind of aggression, one that then moves against something. So it might be very important for you to feel what it is that you take a stand for. What is worth fighting for, what gives you an inner sense of purpose? Ultimately, what is it for you that is truly worth living for?
Take care!
With love,
Laura and Werner
