How can I raise my frequency?

This audio answers the question: How can I raise my frequency?

This is a far reaching question, and how you deal with it is crucial to how your life unfolds. We will answer it in much more detail in the IntegralHumanDesign courses. For now, I will briefly comment on how to approach this question, and then I will be very practical.

If you ask ‘How can I (!) raise my frequency?’, it implies that you think
you are the one who has to do something here. In our experience, if you want to live a high frequency life you need to grasp one thing: What you are trying to get closer to is actually your natural state.
Attaining a higher frequency is a natural process once you get out of the way – ‘you’ in this context meaning the usual construction of self identity that you operate from in everyday life.

On a practical level therefore you need to rephrase the question to be able to see how you can get out of the way.
You may ask yourself: What do I do to keep my frequency low? How do I
sabotage my impulse to raise my frequency? Make sure you are specific with your answers.

I would like to suggest the map of 9 centers in the Bodygraph as one possible guideline for a deeper inquiry. You may use the following questions to zoom in and find out which of the many realms of your inner life need your attention.

- Which drive pulls me out of serene composure?
- How do I block or disperse my energy so that it does not allow me to stay in a committed and focused flow of living my priorities?
- Which emotion do I hold on to, either by suppressing it, or by indulging in it?
- Which sensation in my body do I avoid? Which sensation do I crave?
- Which construction of self-identity am I overly attached to?
- What are the things that I mean I have to do and express?
- In what way do I try to prove my worthiness to others?
- What kind of bubbling confusion do I fill my mind with?
- How do I avoid inspiration from sources that are bigger than me?

Once you see how you sabotage yourself, you can make a decision to support the emergence of higher frequencies in your life. You can make living on a high frequency your
priority. When you take this decision, it usually means you need to commit to a daily practice that fosters your growth in specific areas where you limited your frequency up to now.

Take
one issue at a time, really tackle it, and find out what you need to do. When you established your daily ‘raise-my-frequency’ practice for one particular issue, when you are actually practicing more or less every day, you are ready for the next challenge.

For each of these issues, ask yourself: What level of development am I on? Where am I stuck? What is my specific
growth edge here, and what can I do as a practice to challenge ‘myself’ into a higher frequency?

If you don’t find your way on your own, which might well be the case with deeply ingrained patterns, reach out for support from close friends, or get professional help in tailoring your practice. This is your life, and it happens now!

You need to create new habits and establish
daily routines that are truly supportive. No single practice will do it, you need to take all aspects of yourself and your life into account. There are so many things that contribute to higher frequencies flowing easily through you.

On the
physical level e.g. you can look at your life rhythms, your nutrition, and how you exercise. You can reduce your stress level, enhance your flexibility, and keep up the right muscle tone.

And there are a number of other states the coexist with our physical body. On the level of the subtle body, you can e.g. clear your chakras, on the level of the causal body, you may e.g. call in helpful higher forces.
All of this only if it speaks to you, if you have resonance with it, and if you have access to the appropriate tools and teachings that work for you.

On the
emotional level, e.g. you can do shadow work, you can heal your emotional wounds, you can learn to transform drama and negative emotions into their original beneficial base energies, you can clarify your relationships and learn to live in love and mutual connectedness.

On the
mental level, you can uncover the limiting beliefs that keep up a low frequency life. You can learn to tap into the taming power of your prefrontal cortex to focus your attention and your thoughts, cultivate your intention, attitude and mental pliancy, and reconnect to the spaciousness of the timeless boundless ocean of awareness that always is the source of all higher frequencies.
