Whitelist Instructions
This little guide is designed to help you keep our emails from being moved to the spam folder.
You’ll need to whitelist our email address to ensure you receive email from us!
For most email service providers (Yahoo, AOL, etc.) please add us as a contact in your address book.

If you use Gmail please follow these instructions:
1. In your inbox, locate an email from office@integralhumandesign.net (e.g. the confirmation email we sent you, entitled ‘Please Confirm Your Subscription to INTEGRALHUMANDESIGN’).
2. Drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.
